Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Fifty fabulous states! But wait, no international shipping yet. Stay tuned, though!

How long does shipping take?

Our products usually ship within 7 BUSINESS days for Non Customized Orders. (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process. We do however take rush orders, so if you need something sooner please reach out to us prior to placing an order to make sure we can meet your date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@offcanvasdesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

I never received my order.

Please be sure the address is correct at checkout, we do not adjust any address, and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for items returned to us due to an inaccurate address.

In the case of a lost or stolen package, please contact and file a claim with the shipping carrier. Off Canvas Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen mail.

We do not issue a refund on deliveries that have failed or refused by customers.

Returns

How do I return an item?

SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS are FINAL SALE. But, if there is something wrong with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us right away to see how we can best help you. Customer satisfaction is very important to us!

How long does it take to process my return?

We have a 3-day return policy for non-customized items, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

We hate that you need to cancel your order, but understand that things happen. Cancellations are accepted with a full refund within 5 business days of placing your order. After 5 days, a 25% restock fee will be taken out of your refund.

My items arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@offcanvasdesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We want to make things right and make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order.
